Together the four documents form the agreement between you and RSX. Which of them you are bound by depends on what you do with the platform.
- Holding an account
- Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Storing or sharing a file
- The Content Policy as well. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
- Building on the platform
- All four. The Developer Terms control where they are more specific.

Who you are
dealing with.
No company stands behind RSX. The documents say so in full; this is the short form.
- Operator
- RSX, a development brand operated under the Whitehill Group banner.
- Legal form
- Neither RSX nor Whitehill Group is incorporated. Both are unincorporated groups of individuals.
- Established in
- Silesia, Poland. Some members are in the United Kingdom.
- Governing law
- Polish law. The lead supervisory authority for data protection is UODO, in Warsaw.
- Minimum age
- 16 and over for an RSX account, matching the Polish digital-consent age.
